So I also quit my corporate job to live off of savings. It’s been close to two years now. when someone asks me what my job is or if I work today, I say “well I call myself temporarily retired” and tell my story about quitting my job after some crazy stress and burn out!

I don’t make enough through social media yet to qualify it as my “job” so most times when people ask me I tell them “I stay home right now” and people always ask me “don’t you get so bored???” Like WHAT are we really saying that you go to work for fun???? No I don’t get bored I literally have a million different hobbies and spend my days doing my favorite things, no longer trapped at my job for 10+ hours a day
