Baby boy could be here any day so this week we’re prepping 2 easy postpartum freezer meals for dinners or lunches! Trying to make postpartum with a newborn and toddler feel a little less chaotic with easy meals we can throw in the oven (and eat one handed)!🤝 👶🏼 HAM AND CHEESE SLIDERS: 🥪makes 12 sliders (we doubled this recipe to make 2 dishes)  Ingredients:  Pack of 12 Hawaiian rolls (or pack of 24 for 2 dishes)  12 slices of provolone cheese or cheese of your choice 12 slices of ham  1/2 stick melted butter  Garlic Parmesan seasoning (or seasonings of your choice!)  Grease your pan, slice rolls in half and layer first with rolls, then cheese, ham, and a second layer of cheese. Add butter/seasoning mixture on top and wrap in foil trays & freeze.  When ready to bake, thaw overnight in the fridge and bake covered in foil at 350 for 20-30 minutes, then remove foil and bake for 5 more minutes.  BARBEQUE CHICKEN SLIDERS: 🍗also makes 12 sliders (we doubled for two portions)  Ingredients: 1 pack of 12 Hawaiian rolls (or pack of 24 for 2 dishes)  12 slices of cheddar cheese (or cheese of your choice)  1 lb shredded chicken Crispy fried onions (measure with your heart)  I cup bbq sauce    Grease your baking dish, and layer first Hawaiian rolls, cheese, chicken then bbq sauce & onions, then one more layer of cheese (this helps the bread not get soggy!).
