Here’s why 👇 DEAD HANG BENEFITS • Improves grip strength • Decompresses the shoulders and spine • Builds shoulder durability and stability • Improves posture• Increases overhead mobility • Helps pull-up endurance • Strengthens forearms and hands • Builds mental toughness HOW OFTEN TO DO IT 4–7 days per week HOW LONG? • 20–30 sec sets if beginner • 30–60 sec sets if intermediate • 60–90+ sec sets if advanced Overall Goal:Accumulate 2–4 total minutes per day.
