My parents did the same thing with my brother and me. I thought it was normal. Presentations in college were easy and always hired because of the development you described. I have always worked with my Presidents and CEOs because of the executive function.

Scott, I commend you on teaching your children to accept, and giving them responsibilities that many parents today shelter their children from.
