This happened to me. I had to cuss dem to get my money back… They told me that’s how it works when you order online which is crazy!!

I had exactly the same BS happen to me basically verbatim! I called & email them soooo many times over 90 days. Nothing was EVER done. They just kept repeating the same things to me thy they told you. Even the goodwill gesture evoucher. Eventually I got an email. They claimed that they tried to contact me to resolve the issue but that I never would respond so they closed my case. SUCH a lie. They never called or emailed me. It was just en excuse to close the case.

this it what these big companies do because they know the majority of people will give up after the first call or take the $5 credit which what can you get for $5. so youll either give up and they keep your money or you spend more money to use the $5 credit

Omgg. This is nutssss. Have that in writing. Everything they said on phone. Send it to them on email too. Or when they call, ask them to send that information on email too.

2 years ago had the same thing happened wasn’t refunded like $14 called for months and still never got it back still have proof of it @Walmart Canada they never gave me my money back
