There’s so many religions in the world, but Christianity is the only one that has three separate branches (Catholics, Protestants, and orthodox) each of which has literally hundreds of sub-denominations all with different interpretations of one singular body of text (and they can’t even agree about this books should be included in that overall text or are considered canon -ex the book of Tobit, the testament of Solomon, etc) it’s insane, I no longer identify with the Christian label but I do find the study of the sheer insanity of Christian history and its hundreds of denominations throughout its existence
