This is so true, for the past 4months I focused on repeating the same program consistently three times a week and I saw massive improvement in those months than what I had been doing for two years put together. I didn't even realise I was targeting all three parts of the glutes, I just stuck with it cos I saw results.
I do;
*Hip thrust
*RDL
*Unilateral single leg RDL
*hip abductor.
no change, no variations, just progressive overload weekly or biweekly as much as my body tolerates
