I made it and also warmed up the TJs udon style wheat noodles as an additional base and a cucumber salad for a green side. Also I used coconut cream instead of the milk which made it thicker (just takes slightly longer to prep cause you have to whisk till smooth but I prefer a slightly thicker curry base so 10/10 recommend)

if you don’t like curry (like me) do 1/4 of the curry bottle instead of 1/2 and put more soyaki in! it’s perfect
