As the only closing sl at my store rn, I would’ve been chewed out for this by the opening prep sl that doesn’t ever finish prep and works maybe 3 days a week. I cap out every week on my time card btw and they won’t do anything abt it. Can’t even finish prep but calls out any of my small mistakes and gives me short staffed shifts and expects near perfection from me. I’m only 19 btw😭

never worked at Chipotle..but I've worked in kitchens..opens and closes..if I came into this mess to start my day I'm straight going back home..it's too many places to work to walk into a mess like this..a few racks worth of dishes or something..maybe..I get it sometimes you get a weird timed rush..as far as I'm concerned that stuff on the floor can rot until that person that left em gets back to work to wash em..

As a GM this would never fly! Time to hire. Three comparment sink is not set up properly and dishes on the floor. Coming in at 5 am which means this was left over night. I think not. Next question where was the GM or shift manager they are ultimately responsible.
