What if my baby rufuses to do tummy time is 10months old can sit independently, can roll out of tummy time to back but can not get to a sitting position by them self?

I've been consistently doing tummy time with my 4 month old daughter, but she still hasnt learned how to roll in our out of tummy time on her own. she has rolled over a couple times, but it seems to be more of an accident than intentional movement. however, she has shown quite an interest in sitting up, and can almost sit up by herself, she just needs a little bit of support now.

my 4 month old rolls into tummy time, and seemingly forgot how to roll Out of tummy time, which he did at 2 months. so now I have to play "flip the baby" when he starts getting too frustrated 😫

our 8 month old has been bad at tummy time from the start. he’ll usually flare his arms out and put his head down after 30 seconds. even when holding him he’ll flare his arms out/back and will get upset/resist when we try to move them in front of him. He is reaching other milestones like reaching for toys, waving, sitting up unassisted - but he always defaults to arms back head down. Getting a bit concerned the older he gets

My 4 month old would rather eat his hands he rolls from his back to belly but not the other way around. He constantly would rather be sitting up in our laps and will sit up in our arms via like crunches..

I am going for this right now. My six month old is already sitting up on her own but not rolling over and I don’t think it’s because she can’t. It’s just she would much rather be sitting up…

Can you point me in the right direction for reading material or resources with some exercises? 8mo showing signs of being hypermobile (noticed by orthopaedist, will follow with our GP), Ortho mentioned kids with hypermobility are more likely to be late to their gross motor milestones. He currently won’t push weight through his hands, but rests happily on his forearms. Cause for concern or monitoring? Or just the age? When would be a good time to seen outside help with physio?

My 7 month old daughter sits up on her own now (since 6 months), but I still try to do yummy time with her because she doesn’t yet roll from her tummy to back. It’s like she tenses up rather than relaxing when she goes on her side. We’ve been practicing this for ages and I’ve tried tall toys in front of her, hold toys up to the side view to gently turn her head and body into a roll, guided her arm through, etc.. she just won’t do it. We’ve been practicing since about 4 months when she learned to roll back to tummy.

My son hates tummy time he can do it then just gets annoyed and yells at the floor. He has rolled out of and can sorta roll back to tummy he needs a hair bit of help cause he won’t take his damn hands out of his mouth so his arm is chronically in the way but lord have mercy this boy loves to sit and I mean loves to sit he even tries to crawl I swear he like army crawls but he hasn’t connected the part where he can move his arms so he sort of just scoots on his face

How do you encourage your baby to use their arms during tummy time? My son rarely pushes up on his forearms, has never tried to extend his arms, and rarely tries to grab toys during tummy time. He’s over 5 months old.

my 5 month old sits independently and prefers it over tummy time she got up on her hands and knees rolling front to back but not back to front going to be 6 months next week now she is obsessed with pulling herself up

my 5 month old was rolling over from belly to back at 3 months old. now that she has perfected rolling from back to tummy, she wont/cant roll back over anymore. she will roll from back to tummy and eventually cry because she seemingly cant get back over. what happened!? does she need to relearn belly to back?

My baby 2.5 months does great tummy time on my chest head up on her arms even trying to push up but when she’s on the floor she has 0 interest barely lifts her head even when I’m in front of her trying to interact. How do I go about working on rolling in that situation? Just keep trying on the floor?

My baby got really good at rolling from tummy to back to get out of tummy time. She just figured out how to roll from back to tummy and in the process seems to have forgotten how to roll out. She will start crying like she is stuck and unhappy and then we help her roll out of it. Any tips?
