I hope you know that you’re such a good Mom despite the things that you’ve gone through. I’ve been following you for years and you truly inspire me. I think seeing you with your kids heals something in me as someone with a lot of trauma as well. It makes me feel like I can work through my trauma and become a great mom as well one day.

Sending this from a place of care - Hawaii could possibly be making your skin flare. Hawaii’s warm, humid air and constant sun exposure can trigger skin inflammation, moisture loss, and allergic reactions. Hawaii also has high levels of pollen and mold, and "vog" (volcanic smog) which can cause significant skin irritation, especially for those with sensitive skin. The combination of high heat, moisture, and intense UV radiation frequently leads to flares. High humidity and heat can trigger inflammation.
