@girlmeetsmidwest: This Million Dollar Cowboy Casserole mash-up is officially going in the dinner rotation 🤠🔥 creamy Alfredo, hearty meat sauce, pasta, and SO much cheese. All with cowboy butter flavor. ⭐️ INGREDIENTS MEAT SAUCE • 2 lbs ground beef • 1 yellow onion, diced • 1 heavy tbsp Kinders Cowboy Butter seasoning (more to taste) • 1 heavy tbsp Worcestershire sauce (more to taste) • 1 jar marinara sauce - I prefer @Rao’s Homemade ALFREDO • 1 stick unsalted butter • 16 oz or 2 cups heavy cream • 1 tbsp Kinders Cowboy Butter seasoning • 1 tsp Dijon mustard • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese - shred this fresh! OTHER • 1 lb pasta - I used bow ties. • approximately 1-2 cups mozzarella cheese to top ⭐️ METHOD 1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water. 2. Brown beef and onion, then stir in seasoning, Worcestershire, and marinara. 3. In another pan melt butter, add cream, seasoning, Dijon, and Parmesan until creamy. 4. Layer pasta, Alfredo, and meat sauce in a greased casserole dish. 5. Top with mozzarella and bake at 375°F for about 15 minutes until hot and bubbly.
