I’d swap a loofa for a silicone body scrubber. The sud scrub is amazing, I have that an the African net sponge. I use the Korean exfoliating towel for dead skin. I hate aluminum free deodorant and there’s no research to say it harms you

just a tip if you have hyperhydrosis/excessive sweating, you probably need deodorant with aluminum in it. aluminum is the active ingredient that stops sweating

Don’t use the loofah becuase it traps in dirt and oil as well as dead skin use a wash cloth or a African sponge net instead

Use glycolic acid from the brand the ordinary two times a week separate from each other, to brighten armpits, elbows, knees front and back if needed, and I think you can also use it on your neck if needed, 2. Don’t use a loofah but an African net sponge instead, shower two times a day or at least once a day always at night before bed, and use strong perfume from brands like Valentino, Gucci, Prada, or use a perfum that comes with a small ball instead of a spray bottle if you cannot afford the brands I mentioned) all this I’ve tried myself and I always receive compliments about how good I smell

Does anyone have any tips on breaking out in a rash after showers? Ive tried everything i think: oils lotions wash cloths etc. i even got a shower head that filters the water. The rash is very itchy but goes away after about two hours.
