@marginscapital: If your ONLY retirement plan is your 401(k), you're at risk of three things: 1 Running out of money 💀 2 Paying way more in taxes than you need to 😤 3 Being forced to withdraw money you don't even need (thanks, RMDs) Full stop. That's the reality. The 401(k) was never designed to carry 30-40 years of retirement by itself. The contribution limits are too low. Every dollar you withdraw gets taxed as ordinary income. And the IRS forces you to start taking money out at 73 whether you need it or not. But you can't fix this at 64. You have to start NOW. This is one of the most important two-part series we've ever done on What the Wealthy Do. Your retirement isn't something you can kick down the road. The later you start, the worse it gets. So if your 401(k) is your ONLY retirement account, we need to fix that yesterday. Knowing is half the battle. Let's fix it together. This two part series of the What The Wealthy Do episode breaks down exactly how to build a tax-diversified retirement portfolio — link in bio 🎯 #WhatTheWealthyDo #401k #RetirementPlanning #TaxDiversification
What retirement strategies do you recommend outside recommending life insurance products? Does Scaring people that somehow they will run out of money always work?
