Catholics still put groups of people in a position of power “closer to god”, popes, cardinals, bishops, etc. you have to share you wrongdoings with these people *confession* to be forgiven by god. Christianity says trust and receive the lord and you will be saved, this creates a persons personal relationship with Christ. We are all children of god, not one being closer and having more power than another. Catholicism was just an older method to run politics power and money, whereas Christianity solely focuses on a true relationship with Jesus.

elementary at the Catholics because what church did Jesus start Jesus did not start a church that would deny the real presence we are people who are raised by the apostles that said the real presence of the Eucharist The soul and divinity of Jesus Christ is in there communion so and we got Eucharistic miracles like Fatima we got the blessed Virgin Mary popping up on a Catholic Church in Egypt there is so much evidence for the Catholic Church The church was originally called Catholic when the schism happened so us and the Orthodox are one church but they schismd we both did The evidence for the Catholic Church is much more evidence than any Protestant church The Protestant Church was started in the 15th 16th century
