Classic eclairs with chocolate glaze recipe🍫 [15 pieces] Ingredients for the dough: 60ml milk  60ml water  55g butter  2g salt 60g flour  110g eggs (~2 medium eggs) In a saucepan mix milk, water, salt and butter. Heat it together till it starts boiling and add all the flour in one time. Start mixing very fast until it’s getting thick and look like firm dough. Pour this into the saucepan back and heat on medium to the thickness while constantly stirring. When it’s thick like yogurt, get off the heat and add butter. Mix it well until butter is dissolved and cover with a cling film. Let it cool to the room temperature.  Mix heavy cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks and add them to the cold mixture, mix well with a rubber spatula until incorporated.
