I don't understand why people agree to the open relationship when you don't like it, because you are hurting yourself mentally more over time, and I hope OP is frequently getting tested. With his friend who has 100+ bodies he's going to end up divorce, similar to OP, the more body you have the unhappier you be. So it never ends well to brag about high body count, it's not a flex people think it is, most people will see you as 304 and a potential heartbreak because you lack self control.
