Definitely, not sleep paralisis. Seems like lucid dreaming, astral projection. I do that nearly every night, and learning to control it cause I'm tired of ending up at random peoples places 😔

One is definitely different from the other. I think the out of body experience is astral projection. I've had sleep paralysis since I was a young child (about to be 42) & it's not out if body, your in your body & can't move. My theory is maybe I'm astral projecting & the sleep paralysis kicks in when an entity finds my sleeping body unoccupied & tries to take it over, when I wake in the paralysis state it could be my soul coming back to my body to protect its vessel from whatever is trying to take it over. I haven't the slightest clue if I'm right on this theory but it's definitely food for thought.

Jesus Christ is king and if you ah e the Holy Spirit when your get saved and cast those demons out and away, but you can’t without the Holy Spirit. Get saved and stay alive in Christ daily turn from sin and live for God because, staying in sin keep these demons around and with the Holy Spirit that’s why you is Gods in you when you get saved. You can use your authority and rebuke them away and also be a disciple planting seeds For God and doing Gods will and not your own.
