I have been working really hard to let God handle my struggle. in the past I would totally lose the plot, but the more I practise letting go using Scriptures it is becoming easier. at times, when I slip up, I find the Holy Spirit nudge me in the right direction 😊. it really does work letting Jesus carry the weight.

Anxiety sufferer for many years. I’ve beat it many times over, but rarely do I just place my trust in him. I’m going to try and give it to God.

Are you talking of normal everyday anxious feelings or of anxiety disorders and panic attacks. These create physical symptoms like. dizziness, derealisation, tingles. Its physical so even if you. pressing in and crying out these symptoms dont allow you to coz its overwhelming. And please note has to do with nothing you are worried about. Happens when you have no worries. What is your opinion on this
