I have nighttime anxiety. I have found rubbing Vicks vapor rub under my nose and sleeping with a weighted blanket really helps calm all the thoughts. It’s not much, but it helps 🫶🏼 I also strangely got into asmr. Idk why my brain hates when I close my eyes but it begins to spiral and freak out. I’ve also stopped drinking and I believe my brain is still rewiring how to fall asleep without wine. Anyways, I hope this helps someone. ✨

I recently went through a miscarriage and felt so defeated. Literally didn’t want to see or talk to anyone besides my husband and I often would question if I would feel happiness again. Here I am almost 3 months later and I can say “I made it out”…you will get there too. Sending you all of my love and strength. You got this. I have a bracelet from Little Words Project that said “grace” and I wear it every day to remind me to take it easy on myself. 🫶
