I'm one of those people who cares in passing. I see it as this. if you present an issue to me that I can actually do something about, then let's try to do something about it, but if we literally can't do anything, it is dumb to obsess over it.

If I let all of what’s happening in at once, it would be incredibly destructive to me. I have to take it in doses because it is so overwhelming and you’re right…turning it off is not an option for people who give all the ishes. And those who don’t cannot and/or will not comprehend that.
