Y’all remember this cabbage soup? 👀 Apparently we weren’t allowed to leave it in the past because y’all loved it THAT much. 😂 So we’re bringing it back. Cabbage, sausage, bacon, carrots, and Dan-O’s all in one big pot of seriously good soup. If you made this one the first time, you already know. If you didn’t… what are you waiting on? Get the recipe here: Ingredients 2 tbsp Dan-O's Original 1/2 pound bacon, chopped 1 small yellow onion, diced 2 chopped kielbasa sausages 2 large carrots, chopped (approximately 2 cups) 1 medium-sized head of cabbage, chopped 6 cups chicken stock Preparation Instructions In a large pot, add the chopped bacon and diced yellow onion. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the onion is caramelized. Add the chopped kielbasa to the pot. Continue cooking until the kielbasa starts to release its grease and caramelize with the bacon and onions. Stir in the chopped carrots and cook for a couple of minutes. Add the chopped cabbage to the pot, followed by the chicken stock. Sprinkle generously in the Dan-O's Original and stir well. Cover the pot with a lid and let it simmer for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, stir and enjoy your Dan Good Cabbage Soup!
