Vanilla bean affogato w/ @NESCAFÉ ANZ espresso concentrates (don’t actually eat this first thing in the morning, you’ll never go back to your regular coffee) Ice cream base: - 5 egg yolk - 50g sugar - 500ml whole milk - 2 vanilla pods (split, seeded) Whisk egg yolks and sugar until white in colour Heat milk and vanilla pods until almost boiling Temper egg mixture by pouring a small amount of the hot milk on top of the egg/sugar mixture, whisking constantly Add tempered eggs to hot milk and heat to 60C, whisking CONSTANTLY Pass through sieve and cool in fridge before freezing or churning into ice cream #ad #affogato #homemadeicecream #icedcoffee
