@clayrepository: Ceramic-like effect with Cernit Opaline polymer clay ❤️ For this piece, I started by creating my own soft palette from the Cernit Opaline colors. I mixed Opaline white with jade, pale yellow and pink, then slightly muted some of the tones, adding a tiny amount of green to the pink and a touch of mustard yellow to the jade to make the palette feel softer and more balanced. Instead of using the silicone mold to create literal petals, I used it as a texture tool. I cut simple circles from each colour, pressed them into the mold, and then layered them to create small dimensional pieces with movement and surface detail. Cernit Glue was used to join the three textured elements together before baking, helping the layers stay in place while keeping the construction clean. The final earrings have a soft ceramic-like feel, with layered color, subtle texture and an intentionally organic shape.
