maybe a better way to explain it to people who have absolutely no clue what they're doing like this police officer and I say this being a 34-year Texas police officer and I have to admit years ago I was ignorant but now I know about these things but so explain it like this to those who don't know think about when the founding fathers signed the declaration of Independence and the Bill of Rights and the Constitution there was no ABC NBC CBS or Fox News or news max or anything like that that would have what we now know as journalists or news reporters there was just a man that would go out and take notes and go back to his office and he had a printing press and he would print off what he found and write stories and publish a newspaper that maybe in the beginning was just one page and he had passed them out or he would sell them for a penny or so and that's where journalism started but there was no press pass in the early days That's just something that came about since television's been around but that doesn't make it any more legitimate than being a man with a cell phone or a woman with the cell phone recording things
