for me, this is a happy ending. I mean, let’s be real here, they love each other, but Zinnia was kind of toxic and constantly used the push and pull method, which is emotionally draining. also, both of them got a happy ending. Zinnia is working on her character development, seeing a therapist to cope and become a better person. on the other hand, Paloma learned to love herself more, forgive herself, and know her worth. honestly, it would've been disappointing if Paloma had gone back to Zinnia in just one snap for the sake of the viewers' "happy ending" fantasy. they got their closure, and that alone proves their love was pure and genuine. xhoosing separate paths doesn't necessarily mean it's a "bad ending" loving themselves, forgiving each other, and following the path of peace can also be considered a happy ending. In the end, their happy ending was finding themselves
