sometimes I get serious cramps in my hands and also lock ups, is that an electrolyte deficiency ? and if so any thing else as well ? I would run hot and cold water over my hands because the cramping is so bad. massage it relax if, take Tylenol, it works but it takes a while to kick in. Any help would be appreciated. thanks.
