Please like, comment, and SHARE! 🙏 🔍 Episode Overview: On March 6, 2023, at 8:42 p.m., Patrolman Keith Falkowski and Sergeant Richard Boyle from Barnegat Township Police raced to a car crash near West Bay Avenue and the Garden State Parkway overpass. They learned the at-fault car fled. It stopped in the ACME lot at 912 West Bay Avenue. Falkowski spotted a 2013 Nissan Altima with heavy front damage. He talked to the driver, 21-year-old Victoria. Falkowski asked for her papers. She handed over only insurance. Victoria said she came from a friend's funeral that day. He smelled booze on her breath. He saw signs of drunkenness too. She puked outside the car. Then she confessed to downing a few shots at the funeral home before driving. Falkowski called for help. Sergeant Boyle arrived. They decided to run sobriety tests. Boyle asked Victoria to do them. She said yes. Boyle began with the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus test. Falkowski did the Walk and Turn next. Victoria missed heel-to-toe steps. She forgot to count right. They tried the One Leg Stand last. She couldn't finish it well. The crash, her confession, and failed tests led to her arrest for DUI. Cops put her in the patrol car. South Shore Towing took her Nissan for a 12-hour hold under John's Law. A car search found eight mini bottles of Fireball Whiskey. Falkowski drove her to the station. There, they read her the standard rights for drivers. She agreed to a breath test. Her Alcotest showed 0.16% BAC—twice the 0.08% limit. After processing, they let her go with a sober adult. She signed the liability warning. She got tickets for DUI, reckless driving, careless driving, wrong lane, and open container. Court records show her DUI guilty plea on September 20, 2023. She got a one-month ignition interlock. Plus 12 hours at a drunk driver class. And $640 in fines. The other tickets got dropped in the deal. 19:51 How about not driving at all, instead of crying about not wanting to drive halfway there? 🙄🙄🙄 20:55 - I thought for sure she was gonna puke all over this poor officer. 22:20 SHE WAS DRIVING?!?! 31:46 and Im done. 41:00 She said

So much easier to just press a button to get in contact with the IT help desk. 1:12:12 If the officer would stop entertaining her annoying whiny self and finish his paperwork, maybe she wouldn’t continue to fake her panic attack.
