So you're constantly waking up sore and stiff… but you don't set your body up at night? Let's change that. 👇🏼 You stretch in the mornings. You try to sit up straight during the day. Maybe you’ve even started rolling or doing mobility work. But somehow, you still wake up with that same ache in your neck… tightness in your back… or stiffness in your hips. There’s a common mistake I see over and over again and most people don’t even realize they’re making it: ❌They’re not mindful of their sleeping positions. They fall asleep curled up, twisted, or on their stomach… …with zero support for their spine or joints.😭 They let their body do whatever feels comfy in the moment without realizing how much that position shapes their posture over time. I used to do this too. I’d crash into bed exhausted never thinking twice about how I was positioned. It wasn’t until I started paying attention to how I set up my body before falling asleep using intentional pillow support and better alignment that my morning stiffness finally started to fade. Your sleep posture is shaping your spine for 6–8 hours every night. It’s either reinforcing poor alignment or helping restore it. You don’t need to be perfect but you do need to be intentional. This is something I coach my clients through because it makes a massive difference in how they feel not just in the morning, but throughout the day. 👉🏼 Be honest… are you mindful of your sleeping positions? Or do you just let your body do what it does? Would love to know in the comments🥰 . . . #posture #sleepposture #posturetips #sleeptips #backpainrelief #neckpainrelief #hippainrelief #posturepillow #posturecoach
