I would be your favorite patient 😂 my foot suddenly had acute pain a week ago. Followed the pain pattern & my best guess based on research was posterior tibial tendonitis. Self treated 3 days, went to the ortho walk in & they suspect it's a spring ligament sprain - which seems to have basically the same pain pattern. I was pretty impressed with my self diagnosis lol their treatment protocol is what I was already doing.

i wish more doctor had that mindset 😅 like i really like to do my research but its always supper scary say i use google and tiktok alot and i always feel like i need to add like iknow not to believe everything i see or read 😂

see I love this we had primary doctor who said the same thing and genuinely tag teaming dignoised with him helped me get over 4-5 of mine years faster than if I waited
