We are the only ones with our lens. The only ones who can see our true pov and that view is unique to us yet we share it at the same time constantly every second. We see in 1st person everyone in 3rd person. So we can’t tell if they’re real or anything else is we only know that we are real because we feel our existence.

Bro , u got it wrong here, yes the body keeps changing, thats correct, but so does your consciousness. It keeps changing every moment. You know you were feeling very different last week and now u feel like a completely different person. Lets say u went thru a breakup. that trauma doesnt last, it keeps changing, after some time u look back and u dont feel a thing for that person. That happens coz consciousness too keeps changing . If it was a permanent consciousness , then trauma has to become permanent , feelings have to be permanent.
