For me herpes is scary bc for me it’s a reminder that I’m living with it forever now as well as the pain it’s so bad but I’m trying to be in the mindset of don’t think of it as your enemy think of it as a friendly reminder to slow down and take care of your body also to enjoy life as it’s the only life you will get but it’s different for everyone I guess 😅
