Nah this one is valid. I have a friend who lives in a downtown area that frequently shuts down roads for events and the cops always make exceptions to allow him to leave and come home as long as it’s not during the parade itself. She has a right to get to work.

She could’ve taken a detour and then when she arrived late to work she could’ve simply explained what happened to her boss! Zero excuse to ignore a cops orders and try driving through an event that everyone else had to drive around!
