SlimeVey🫳💧(Pwie's father) :

i just realized how much the song makes sense for the index in general for thou they do wear blindfolds and also i feel like it works for yan specifically as he has his eyes closed all the time as he isnt able to handle the city's cruelty that he also delivers by his own hands through prescripts, and "noise" and "information" can work really well into him when he was breaking down due to the forces of the city predetermining his fate and realizing that with the fact of prescripts being made through just the some huge machine catching the vibrations of the city and generating them into random commands. for rien it can also make sense as we can see him closing his eyes in thought on numerous occasions and altho it cant be put into direct correlation he does seem to be overwhelmed by having to go with the prescripts will to his last moments and also still wanting to get ryoshu back as his daughter whom he still cared about, making him question himself and the city's will as though the actions of the city are ridicilous, making him into a new roland and limiting him from giving happiness to ryoshu whom he does love as his daughter still. "noise" could also be correlated into his prescript beeper.
