You do not need this tool. Just keep turning it in thill the master cylinder sits 1/32 out from the booster then bolt it down. That’s all there is to it.

mess with pushrod for changing a master cylinder? why, only time the rod has to be adjusted is when the booster is replaced not the master cylinder plus if you need that to adjust it just put the wrenches down. you are not the one

Ive used a painters stick and my thumb to mark the old booster length and then adjust it to the new one

I restore vintage cars and use one of these every time. Haven't had a single new booster set properly beforehand.

Got a 2014 Ford edge and pedal feels fine if anything starts off more play. Drive for 6 miles and brakes start dragging. Pull vacuum line and release right away.
