40g +85% dark chocolate 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil pinch of flaky salte METHOD: halve and pit the Medjool dates, then grill them for a few minutes until they become warm and caramelized place the dates on a sheet of parchment paper, slightly close
cover them with another piece of parchment paper and press them down with the bottom of a cup until they flatten and stick together, creating the base of the bark. spread the Greek yogurt on top of the smashed dates, then pour over the melted dark chocolate drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and finish with a pinch of flaky salt. place in the freezer for at least 1 hour, or until firm. once set, cut into 9 squares and store in the freezer.
