@hicarsondogss: Oreo was surrendered earlier this month after his original owner reportedly abandoned him. The people who ended up with him decided they didn’t want to keep him either. His surrender notes also said he lived outside 24/7, which honestly broke my heart a little because this boy is way too affectionate to spend his life alone outside ..& truthfully… maybe ending up at the shelter will finally give him a chance at the life he actually deserves. A real family. A couch and just people who include him in everything. Oreo is 3 years old. 77lbs. He is SO sweet. He leans his entire body into you for affection, loves getting pets and belly rubs, walks nicely on leash, knows some commands, and previously lived with kids. He hasn’t been formally dog tested yet. His surrender form mentioned that he would bark at other dogs, but that’s all we know for now. Available for adoption at the Carson Animal Shelter, Gardena CA.
