Have they offended you before? Did they admit it? Did they change for good? Do they respect you? Show up for you? Be there for you? Do you talk to each other or treat each other with respect despite knowing each other’s weaknesses or flaws? If all those understandings exist in that relationship, then that one is for you. If you’ve been checking, and there is truth, and you dive into another adventure because of a scenario or reason you haven’t talked about or let go after the time it happens but made the other believe you are still with them, and then, take a turn, you are the problem. And you will continue to be the problem everywhere else you go. As you will not have a perfect match. Except the one you share that mutual understand with, who respect you regardless.
