I make lemon cheesecake quite often, but massive ones because I'm a fat b@stard 🤣 obviously over the £5 budget but you can add lemon curd and meringue and it's absolutely unreal 😋🍋

I’d put some zest in the cheesecake mixture too and reduce the juice slightly. Gives it a very lemony flavor without being as tart.
