I can’t imagine being the one going thru it. It’s heartbreaking enough watching someone you love go thru it. People judge and think it’s just so simple to just let someone go because they’re struggling. It’s such a mind fuck. You never know what’s really the right decision. My brother has struggled for so long, in and out of mental hospitals, I never have and never will stop praying but my heart had to disconnect from it, it hurts too much to feel about it. I just wish I could take it all from him. I pray for everybody going thru it. It has to, it WILL get better. Whatever part of the cycle you’re in, or coming out of, please know someone’s praying for you. When you can’t pray for yourself. Please keep going. I promise, this too shall pass, at some point 🫶🏽

this is the range of emotions i feel like i go through in a single day, having BD really makes you feel trapped in your own mind and body.
