@caitlangrovesx: 8 weeks ago, I decided to make a change. 🤍 After falling into the habit of constant snacking (and yes… biscuits were definitely my weakness 🍪), I realised I wasn’t feeling my best — physically or mentally. Instead of chasing perfection, I started focusing on small, realistic changes. I didn’t cut out everything I love. I still enjoy the occasional choccy biscuit, because this journey is about balance, not punishment. But by becoming more mindful of my habits, I’ve seen such a huge difference already. My core is getting stronger. My energy is coming back. I’m building healthier daily habits. And most importantly… I’m enjoying movement again. Postpartum fitness isn’t about “bouncing back.” It’s about rebuilding yourself stronger, healthier, and kinder to your body after everything it’s been through. Every single day I feel a little stronger than the day before, and that’s the biggest win for me. ✨ Slow progress is still progress, and I’m so proud of how far I’ve come already. 💪🤍 #postpartumjourney #postpartumbody #fitnessjourney
