For more quick & easy dinners or visit the link in my bio Recipe -2 tbsp olive oil or butter -2 garlic cloves, minced -2 cups ditalini -2 ½ cups chicken broth -½ cup heavy cream -1 cup frozen peas -½ cup parmesan cheese -Salt/pepper to taste -More parmesan for garnish 1.Heat a large skillet over medium and add the oil. 2.Sauté the garlic until fragrant. 3.Toss in the dry pasta, stirring to coat it in the oil. 4.Pour in the chicken broth and simmer until the pasta absorbs all the liquid. 5.Stir in the heavy cream, peas, and parmesan cheese. Cook for 3 minutes until creamy. 6.Season with salt and pepper to taste. 7.Finish with more parm & pepper & enjoy!!
