@thehealchef: I’ve always loved roasted or rotisserie chicken stuffed into a baguette so this just felt right. Introducing the garlic chicken dip. Ingredients: 1 whole chicken 6 garlic cloves 500ml chicken stock 1 baguette Olive oil Salt & pepper Halve the garlic cloves and place them cut-side up in a roasting tray. Cover with olive oil and season generously. Place the chicken on top, then rub with more olive oil and plenty of seasoning. Pour the chicken stock into the tray and roast for around 1 hour, or until the chicken is cooked through, depending on the size.
