@foodbymaria: Today’s recipe? You asked for it… a lot. Introducing my VIRAL Greek Lamb Stuffed Pites (plz say with a Greek accent), golden, fluffy pita loaded with juicy @fanoflamb, feta, melty cheese, and all the bold, herby flavours you expect from a proper Greek table. This is the kind of food that disappears the second it hits the table. #AmericanLambPartner Find the recipe/pre-order link for GREEK OUT linked in my bio! These pites alone have pulled in over 100 million views and 4 million likes… so yes, they’re that good. You only need 7 simple ingredients, about 10 minutes of prep, and a little time to let the dough do its thing. And PLEASE don’t skip the Tzatziki, it’s mandatory. As a Greek I can attest to how easy it is to cook with lamb and how it’s so seamlessly incorporated into my weekly meals! It’s also simple to shop local, and American lamb is a great source of protein, iron, and essential nutrients.
