A lot of people become that way after surviving: • inconsistency 🌪️ • betrayal 💔 • abandonment 😭 • emotional neglect 🥴 • unstable relationships 🚫✨ • constantly having to “be strong” 😮‍💨 Because softness cannot fully grow in survival mode 👀 You can’t expect someone to feel emotionally safe while constantly creating: • confusion 🤯 • mixed signals 📉 • instability 🫠 • emotional stress 😭 • lack of reassurance 🚫❤️ And let’s make this VERY clear 👏🏽 This applies to MEN and WOMEN. Some women became emotionally hard because they had to survive alone. Some men became emotionally unavailable because vulnerability was never safe for them either 👀💔 Whew chile… Spiritually, hard environments create guarded people.
