You have to use sweet onions, Vidalia onions. Soak them in cold water for about 10 to 12 minutes. Then eat them with the dumplings.

I think people would have been nicer if you had actually followed the viral way of doing it. 1. You used the wrong onion 2. You put them in the microwave. I’m not a huge onion fan, but LOVE this one.
