The prophets also spoke to the earth:
“Give ear, O earth!”

“Hear, O heavens, and give ear, O earth!”

“O earth, earth, earth, hear the word of the LORD!”

Ezekiel was even told to prophesy to the land:
“Prophesy to the mountains of Israel.”
Ezekiel 36:1
Bbiblically, you can speak to the earth when you are declaring God’s word, praying over land, blessing a place, calling creation as a witness, or prophetically addressing the land under God’s command.
Bur we do not speak to the earth as though the earth itself is divine. That becomes animism or earth worship. The earth belongs to the Lord.
