Because maybe the secret to understanding how you can have a fulfilling career where you can do something for the world that no one else can is…all about lifelong special interests! The ones that have stuck with you for this long are most likely to stick around for even longer. And smushing them together is how you make unexpected combinations that lead to actual innovation! Okay sure we could all play the game, follow the trends, and do what everyone else is doing. But a lot of the time (all the time?!) that leads to burn out!
