Honestly what worked for me was taking a cold/mild shower everyday. I use an exfoliating glove and immediately after shower I put azelaic acid and then a moisturizer. It can be whichever. I healed mine in about 2 months doing this consistently.

So, I’ve always had this problem, and recently I started going to a tanning salon. After three tanning sessions, I noticed that my acne started to improve and the pimples dried out. I also started using this Bioderma product. I’m not sure whether it’s because of the tanning sessions or the product, but the situation has improved.

personally a thing that helped me was going on birth control since i have a hormonal disbalance and fitopeeling skin treatments... everything else i've tried was just a temporary solution and they would always come back
