@melaniesandford18: Castor oil is so beneficial for reducing pain and inflammation-arthritic pain, carpal tunnel, nerve pain, plantar fasciitis pain, also so good for softening scars and smooth long skin tone— I was so inspired by my last two posts on castor asking people personally what it has helped them with and if they had success in using it—AMAZING. It never fails for helping my husband’s knee pain. Here are 3 ways to amp up the anti-inflammatory effects. 1.) castor oil plus cayenne pepper. 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper to 4 ounces of castor oil. Let it sit for three weeks-strain it out put it on a castor oil pack and apply two areas of pain or you can apply it directly to the skin without a pack. 2.) 1/4-1/2 cup castor to 1 teaspoon Blackseed oil. I just add mine to the Cayenne pepper blend and it’s fantastic. 3.) oil plus frankincense plus myhrr and jojoba oil. 1/2 cup castor and 1/2 cup jojoba to 1/2 tablespoon frankincense and 1/2 tablespoon myhrr. Bring the resin down to a fine powder and add it to the jar of oil and let it sit for 3 to 4 weeks and then strain it out. These are for external use only.
